Ownership of your work

This page answers one question: who owns what you build on the platform. For what you buy from the marketplace, the licence terms shown at purchase apply — a different matter.
What you build is yours
The pipelines you define, the agent profiles and teams you configure, the prompts you write, the datasets you upload and the results your runs produce remain your property. The fact that they were created with our tools gives us no rights over them.
This holds when the platform assistant helps you write a pipeline too: the result is yours exactly as it would be had you written it by hand.
What we do not do
- We do not use your work or your data to train models, ours or anyone else's.
- We do not reuse your pipelines or configurations for other customers, neither directly nor as a starting template.
- We publish nothing of yours on the marketplace. Only what you publish, deliberately, ends up there.
Our staff's access is limited to what support requires, and is described on the security page.
If you publish on the marketplace
You stay the owner of what you publish. You grant us the licence needed to distribute it, run it on behalf of buyers and show it in the catalogue, for as long as you choose to keep it on sale — nothing more. You can withdraw it: it stops being purchasable, and those who already bought it stop being able to run it at their next execution.
On sales the platform retains a share, stated at publication time. You warrant that what you publish is yours to sell and infringes no one else's rights: it is the one thing we cannot verify on your behalf.
When you leave
You can export pipelines, configurations and datasets at any time, including while you are deciding whether to stay. On termination we return or delete your data at your request; backups age out on their own cycle, which today is 24 hours and is described on the security page.
We do not hold your work as leverage: export requires neither an active subscription nor settlement of a disputed invoice.
What stays ours
The platform software, the execution engines, the interface and the documentation remain ours: using them gives you a licence to use, not a right over the product. Symmetric to the above.
